This procedure concerns only students who applied via Études en France or FSA. Online registration is not available for you.
You are required to complete your administrative registration in person at the IM²AG Registrar’s Office, starting August 25, 2025. Please follow the steps below:
✅ Step 1: Confirm your admission
You must confirm the admission decision on the same platform you submitted your application (Études en France / FSA).
✅ Step 2: Pay the CVEC fee
Before registering, you must pay the CVEC !
For the 2025/2026 academic year, the amount of the CVEC (Contribution Vie Etudiante et Campus) is 105 €. The purpose of this contribution is to finance preventive actions and projects contributing to the improvement of living and studying conditions and the dynamization of campus life. Please note : the CVEC does not apply to certain groups of students. For more information, consult the website.
✅ Step 3: Administrative registration
You are.... A student, either from the EU or outside the EU, enrolling for the first time in a French higher education institution.
Book an appointment via Evento, and indicate your Last name, First name, and Program.
