Etablish your internship agreement

You have found the host company or laboratory for your internship, follow this procedure in order :

Complete the internship information form

1 - Scrupulously complete all sections of the internship information form.
This document will allow the teacher responsible on the one hand to validate your internship and on the other hand to prepare you for entering the agreement.
Warning : in the case of a company, the company's SIRET number must absolutely be entered by the company. It will be useful to you when entering the internship agreement.

2 - Have this form signed by the professional tutor and the teacher responsible for the course.

3 - Once the signatures have been affixed, send this form to im2ag-gestion-stages@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.
Upon receipt, we will verify the data and give you permission to create your agreement in the Pstage application.
Please note: without the affixing of the two signatures or possibly or transmission of an endorsement by email from the two managers, the form will not be valid for the internship office.

Create your internship agreement in Pstage

Connect to the Pstage application with your AGALAN credentials provided at the time of registration.
Click on Internship agreements / create an agreement and search for the company by the SIRET number. If the company does not exist in the Pstage database, you will need to request it. To do this go through the tab "Besoin d'aide ?" in the Pstage menu.
Fill in the fields of the different tabs until the final recording.

Have your internship agreement signed

From the start of the 2022 academic year, a new electronic signature process is being implemented on an experimental basis at UGA.
Once the internship agreement has been created in Pstage, a pdf file of this internship agreement will be generated by the internship office and will be circulated for electronic signatures in an interface that will send a notification inviting the intern, the pedagogical supervisor, the professional tutor and the company representative to sign electronically. Once these signatures have been obtained, the document will be placed in another interface which will invite the IM²AG's Administrative Director to finalise the signature circuit with her own. Your internship agreement signed by all parties will then be uploaded to your Digiposte (where you can also access your transcripts).
Please note! Through this signature circuit, the IM²AG management will always sign the internship agreement last, regardless of the host organisation.

Important: the signatures must be finalised before the start of the placement. This can take time, so please anticipate as much as possible the beginning of the procedure of establishing your internship agreement.

NB : an amendment to the internship agreement can be made later in the event of a request for modifications to be made to the internship agreement when it has been drawn up and signed (for example modifications of schedules, amount of bonuses, etc. ..). To obtain it, send or have your company's request addressed to the internship office.
